Can I speak to a Picture Playground team member

How do I get the absolute best quality print?

Our quality checker will advise if your image is not a high enough resolution for your selected print panel size. The minimum level we deem acceptable at Picture Playground is 72 dpi (dots per inch). You can check your photos exact DPI in Adobe Photoshop or contact one the team for advise and support on this today. To take advantage of our highest quality print we would advise ensuring your photo is 150 dpi+.

I’m using the Facebook uploader tool, but I am not sure that my images are of a high enough quality?

If you are being prompted with a message about the file size of your images this may mean that when you originally uploaded your images to Facebook you did not select the “High Quality” option. If this is the case your photos on Facebook may have been compressed and as a result may not optimal for printing . If you are unsure then please email your images to hello@pictureplayground.co.uk and one of our experts will check it for you.

How long does it take to deliver my Picture Playground print?

Delivery options range from 5-7 working days subject to product and the delivery option selected. For retailers we are able to provide a faster turn around, subject to rush rates.

Are Picture Playgrounds environmentally friendly?

Yes, all Picture Playgrounds products are printed on sustainable sourced materials.

The Picture Playground Promise

If you do not love your Picture Playground Print, you can return to us and we will 100% refund your purchase. Returns must be completed within 10 working days of you reserving the goods (custom prints not included). They must also be returned as supplied and un-damaged.

When you use your credit card to place an order with Picture Playground, you will receive an email receipt for your purchase. No billing details are stored after purchase without your permission.

Returns & Replacements

Under the distance selling regulations, if you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return goods for credit subject to the following conditions:

1. You inform us within five working days of receipt of the product(s). Please note custom size prints are not eligible for returns.

2. You pay the return delivery charges.

3. Wall art goods are to be returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original packaging

Damages

Full refunds will be made by PicturePlayground.co.uk for items lost or damaged in transit. You should keep all packaging and/or item as received and notify us within 1 day of the item arriving in the damaged condition to be eligible for an exchange.

Ordering and Printing of Your Files

By uploading images to our automated order processing system you are confirming that you have all relevant permissions to use and reproduce your supplied art work file.

PicturePlayground.co.uk accept no responsibility for any subsequent action taken by third parties against you, should your file contravene copyright legislation.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions (All prices include VAT)

We accept Paypal and all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro/Switch, Solo and Visa Electron).

We also accept direct bank payments from Picture Playground retailers.

All payment details are processed by a secure server. This information is sent by 128 bit encryption, meaning it is impossible to break the code and steal your credit or debit card details.

You the user take sole responsibility when ensuring your account information is current and up to date. This includes delivery and payment details. Any inaccuracies could result in orders taking longer to process or additional delivery charges to recover and redeliver to correct addresses.
